As we prepare for our busy seasonal season, we're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our Medical Billing team. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Position Details
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available; Monday - Friday
- Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal (September-November)
- Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do - As a Medical Billing Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our Medical Billing department by:
- Accurately post patient charges into billing systems
- Post payments and reconcile billing transactions
- Scan, organize, and maintain medical and billing documentation
- Track, organize, and securely dispose of event paperwork
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality
- Assist with additional billing and administrative projects as needed

Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous medical billing experience preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
