Responsibilities: An Asst. Bakery Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
An Asst. Bakery Team Lead’s responsibilities include:
Serving as the leader of his/her department, role model, coach, performance evaluator and trainer for his/her team.
Wrapping, boxing, weighing, slicing, finishing, and stocking bakery department products, rotating them as necessary to ensure quality and safety.
