Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- An Associate's Degree with a technical focus is preferred.
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
- Experience with Autodesk Building Systems Software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Advanced Technology environments.
- Demonstrated success working within a collaborative team setting.
- Experience participating in quality‑control review processes.
- Experience contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across disciplines.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
