Position Summary
iModernology is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project | Service Manger to support daily service operations and project coordination for our residential and commercial audio/video, lighting control, security, networking, and automation systems.
This role works closely with the Regional Manager, technicians, sales team, and leadership to help keep projects moving smoothly, service requests handled efficiently, and clients well-informed throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily incoming service requests and support tickets
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
- Track service tickets to ensure timely updates, completion, and closeout
- Maintain communication with clients regarding scheduling, updates, and service expectations
- Support warranty claims, maintenance agreements, and follow-up service work
Project Support
- Manage active residential and commercial installation projects
- Coordinate technician schedules, subcontractors, equipment deliveries, and project timelines
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and field teams to ensure project readiness
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays or issues when needed
- Complete job documentation, approvals, and project closeout procedures
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records in systems such as Simpro, DTools and project management platforms
- Review work orders, purchase orders, and scheduling details for accuracy
- Assist with invoicing support, job costing updates, and reporting needs
- Help leadership track project progress, scheduling efficiency, and operational improvements
Team & Client Communication
- Support technicians by ensuring they have clear job details and scheduling information
- Maintain accountability for deadlines and service standards
- Provide professional, timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Work to improving workflows and operational consistency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, service coordination, operations, or administrative management
- Experience in AV, low voltage, construction, security, electrical, or technology integration industries preferred
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Experience with Simpro, D-Tools, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
