PAY & SCHEDULE
- $18–$25 per hour (after training) + performance-based bonuses
- No nights. No weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound calls and help homeowners with service questions and booking
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up on estimates, and re-engage past clients
- Prepare and send estimates; guide customers through their service options
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate scheduling to support field technicians
- Handle light administrative and follow-up tasks as needed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong, professional phone presence and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Must pass a background check
