Duties
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and condition
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker tools and inventory management software
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems
- Organize stock in designated areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures and adherence to trade compliance and international trade regulations
- Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and tracking deliveries
- Support warehouse operations by performing routine cleaning, packaging, and stock replenishment tasks to optimize workflow
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and stock management
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift; flexibility to work various hours as needed

Pay: $30,000.00 - $33,150.00 per year
