Job Requirements:
- Must have valid WA state RN or LPN license
- Favorable Washington State DSHS background check
Essential Duties:
- Resident assessments and care plans
- Investigating resident falls and other incidents
- Overseeing the medication management program
- Supporting and leading care staff
- Following up on doctor appointments
