PGIM’s Private Credit business provides long-term, patient capital to middle-market companies engaged in buyout transactions, refinancings, recapitalizations, growth investments and more. We serve as a resource to clients over the course of the partnership. This capital is provided through either private placements, senior secured loans, and mezzanine financings. Our Private Credit Summer Analyst Program hosts interns across various teams including: Corporate Finance, Real Assets, Alternatives, Workouts/Restructuring, and Loan Sourcing/Syndication. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Note: The salary range for this role is $35.00 to $40.00 an hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
