About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of home infusion therapies.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, SOPs, USP <797> standards, and ACHC guidelines to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance.
- Serve as acting Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) in the absence of the PIC and assist with management responsibilities.
- Manage and mentor staff, ensuring positive team collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments (nursing, intake, billing, operations) to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
- Deliver patient and caregiver education on therapy administration, medication safety, and treatment expectations.
- Monitor therapy outcomes, identify adverse drug events, and document clinical interventions.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, including audits, safety reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Assist with inventory management, cost-effective purchasing, and operational process improvements aligned with business growth goals.
- Participate in management discussions and strategic planning to support organizational success.
- Remain flexible with scheduling as needed, including occasional evening, weekend, or on-call support.
Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Current and active pharmacist license in GA and FL.
- Strong clinical foundation with the ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to grow professionally.
- Knowledge of USP <797> standards, sterile compounding practices, and ACHC guidelines required.
- Prior home infusion experience preferred but not required, comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
