What You Will Do
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
- Assess movement patterns, mobility limitations, strength deficits, and functional restrictions
- Identify the primary factors contributing to pain and movement dysfunction
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional progression
- Modify treatment plans based on patient response and measurable outcomes
- Educate patients on their condition, recovery process, and home program
- Build strong relationships that improve patient engagement and consistency
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with fellow clinicians regarding patient progress and treatment planning
- Help patients return to work, sports, recreation, and daily activities
- Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and ongoing clinical development

Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- One to three years of outpatient experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented approach to patient care
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
