This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with contracts, project accounting, and compliance while ensuring projects are established accurately from start to finish.
As a Project Controls Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting project success by coordinating project setup, maintaining contract information, and helping ensure compliance with government and commercial contract requirements. Working closely with accounting, human resources, treasury, and project teams, you'll help keep projects organized, accurate, and on track throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain projects in Deltek Costpoint according to contract specifications and reporting requirements
- Review and process contract modifications while maintaining accurate project records
- Prepare and distribute contract briefs and support projects through contract closeout
- Communicate project-related information with internal departments, Strategic Business Units, and subsidiaries
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, accounting, treasury, human resources, and other corporate departments
- Provide regular project updates and assist with project controls reporting
- Read and interpret proposals, contracts, and subcontract documents
- Support compliance with government and commercial contract requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field
- One year of accounting, contract administration, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Background screening is part of the hiring process
- Support a drug-free work environment
Preferred Experience
- Project accounting or project controls
- Deltek Costpoint
- Government or commercial contract administration
- Government contracting or compliance
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, revenue recognition, or project financial reporting
