MDRT is seeking an Academy Administrative Assistant who will provide essential operational, administrative and member support to ensure a seamless experience for Academy members, sponsors and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support member communications and inquiries
- Coordinate administrative processes and day-to-day operations
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and records
- Manage data and systems with accuracy and care
- Assist with events, webinars, and committee support
- Handle shipping, inventory, and fulfillment
- Provide financial and enrollment support
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Customer-service mindset with high attention to detail
The position is required to be in our Park Ridge, IL office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
