As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead key financial functions, support executive leadership, and help position the organization for long-term success.
Position Summary
The Accounting & Finance Manager will oversee the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, and support for strategic business decisions.
This position works closely with executive leadership and will also provide support in the organization and administration of selected financial matters for the President/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
- Assist in the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of budgets.
- Coordinate external audits and related reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate multiple related corporate entities.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and improve processes.
- Support the President/CEO with selected financial and administrative matters.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred
- Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or senior leadership teams.
- Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities.
- CPA designation is a plus, but not required.
