Responsibilities and Duties:
- The store front and shop are to be kept clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Follow all policies and SOPS. Attend all team meetings as requested.
- Paying attention to details; oversee the scheduling of shipping/receiving of merchandise for the store and product for customers. Ensure that all paperwork is organized and filed.
- Maintain POS system to ensure accuracy of inventory, prices, and customer accounts (sales and receiving payments).
- Ensure that the float is always accurate. Bank deposits of cash are done as needed.
- Provide technical support to clients as required. Learning the product to increase sales and assist customers.
- Make suggestions on new products to carry in store.
- Contact customers regarding payments due on accounts and process those payments to ensure that receivables are always current.
- Requesting product data sheets when required for customers and making sure the MSDS binder is always current.
- Keep a professional environment in the shop and on social media.
- Assist with the inventory audits and provide supporting documents
- Widen and expanding our customer network through cold calls and nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Create opportunities to build relations within the community to further the USRS brand.
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of epoxy coatings, including epoxies, moisture vapor barriers, polyaspartics and polyurethanes, tooling, and their applications would be beneficial.
- Proficient in various computer software, POS knowledge, emails, and social media.
- Professional mannerism and well versed in products sold. Must be trustworthy and able to keep information confidential.
- This position demands someone who can prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Need to be able to consistently lift 50lbs.
- Hours of work are Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. Some evenings and weekends may be required, depending on customer demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
