Responsibilities

- Demonstrate product features through makeup applications, product demos, and personalized consultations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all store offerings, including new launches and trending items, to provide expert advice.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Millennium or other salon software; handle cash, credit card payments, and refunds efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations to foster loyalty.
Experience
- Proven retail sales experience in cosmetics or beauty products with a strong focus on client services.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse clientele; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, strategies and product demos.
- Customer relationship building experience that fosters repeat business and enhances overall client satisfaction.
