Position Summary:
We are seeking a Rehab Tech who brings a positive, upbeat attitude to every interaction—with patients and our team alike. This role is critical in supporting our clinical staff and ensuring that patients receive exceptional care throughout their treatment experience.

Experience in a rehab or medical setting is a plus, but not required—we’re ready to train the right person who has the right character and drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under clinical supervision
- Manage patient flow and maintain a smooth, efficient schedule
- Provide consistent, cheerful, and respectful communication
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Support other administrative or clinical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification required
- BLS Certification preferred
- Must be able to stand and move consistently for extended periods
