ClearView Business Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking Delivery Driver / Installation Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering copiers, printers, toner, and related equipment to customer locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. The role also includes light installation, basic setup, and simple networking of copier and printer devices.
This is a great opportunity for someone with delivery, moving, warehouse, logistics, copier/printer, IT, or field service experience who enjoys hands-on work and representing the company professionally in front of customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles, including a 16-foot box truck, Sprinter van, or Toyota Prius, depending on the delivery or service need
- Deliver copiers, printers, toner, parts, and supplies to customer locations
- Load, unload, move, and place equipment safely and professionally
- Assist with copier and printer installations, removals, swaps, and relocations
- Perform very light device setup, including connecting printers/copiers to the network, confirming basic print functionality, and assisting with simple configuration
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate clearly with dispatch, service, and customers
- Protect customer property during deliveries and installations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
- Complete delivery paperwork, photos, customer signatures, and basic documentation as needed
- Help in the warehouse with equipment preparation, organization, staging, and inventory as needed
- Represent ClearView professionally at every customer site
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable driving record
- Experience driving larger vehicles such as box trucks, vans, delivery trucks, or similar vehicles
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move heavy equipment
- Comfortable using dollies, pallet jacks, liftgates, ramps, and moving equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
- Basic comfort with technology, computers, printers, or network connections
- Willingness to learn copier and printer installation procedures
- Ability to pass any required background check, driving record review, or company screening
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience delivering or installing copiers, printers, office equipment, appliances, furniture, or commercial equipment
- Experience with copier or printer brands such as Toshiba, Canon, HP, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Epson, Lexmark, or similar
- Basic understanding of IP addresses, Ethernet connections, Wi-Fi, printer drivers, or scan-to-email setup
- Warehouse, logistics, moving, delivery, field service, or technical support experience
- Experience working directly with business customers in a professional environment

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Local travel throughout the Tampa Bay area and surrounding markets may be required.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
