About the Role
We are a growing 3PL warehouse operation looking for a hands-on Project Warehouse Lead to manage and execute large client projects, including retail compliance orders (such as Target) and other high-volume warehouse projects.
This is a working leadership role — you will lead teams while actively working on the warehouse floor. If you enjoy staying organized, leading by example, and jumping in to get projects done, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute large warehouse projects from start to shipment
- Break workorders into daily goals and assign labor
- Work hands-on with your team picking, packing, assembling, labeling, and palletizing
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipment
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and shipping teams to keep projects on schedule
- Step into other client projects and high-volume work during slower retail periods
- Help train and guide warehouse associates during projects
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience (lead, supervisor, or high-volume project work preferred)
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to lead a team while actively working
- Attention to detail and accountability
Preferred (not required):
- 3PL or retail distribution experience
- Experience with large batch projects, kitting, or compliance-style shipping
- Prior leadership or project coordination experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand, walk, and work on the warehouse floor for extended periods
