MSR seeks a mid-level litigation associate with 2-5 years experience. The ideal candidate will have previously handled a fulsome caseload of insurance matters (including property, casualty, and coverage) from inception to trial. The candidate will be comfortable with independently managing 20-30 insurance matters (including depositions, court appearances, and trials) while assisting senior partners on more complex commercial, shareholder, professional liability, and FDCPA matters.
Candidates will have a billable requirement of 1950 hours a year and be bonus eligible. The right candidates will be eligible for hybrid/remote work (candidates will, however, need to live locally to make all required appearances). This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates in an insurance defense only practice group who want to expand their litigation skills and experience.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
