Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – PreK & Grades 4–12

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCCs) for full-time, school-based contract positions in Thomasville, North Carolina.
These opportunities provide the chance to work with students across PreK and Grades 4–12 (caseload of approximately 35–40 students) while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational setting. Candidates must be comfortable managing school-based caseloads, participating in IEP processes, and utilizing district documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete comprehensive assessment reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Manage and support caseloads across assigned school sites and grade levels
- Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Provide consultative services and classroom-based support as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs
- Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina NCDPI Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- ECATS experience required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- SLP-CCC required
- No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs at this time
- Must be able to work on-site only
