We are seeking immediate hires for 2 positions. Each day start in Jefferson City and you will travel around mid-Missouri using a company vehicle to service properties. Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
ROOFING & CARPENTRY TECHNICIAN - WILDLIFE CONTROL
Full-Time + Performance-based raises.
Top technicians can advance into roles with significantly higher earnings.
Put your "McGyver" skills in carpentry and roofing to use!
Experience required:
· ladders (32 ft or more)
· Exterior repairs (soffit, fascia, steep-pitched roofs)
· Interior repairs (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
· Working in all types of extreme weather
· Handling trapped wildlife
This is NOT entry-level position. Applications without relevant experience will be rejected, so be detailed in your application.
Responsibilities
· Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks, including carpentry.
· Safely navigate pitched roofs of all extremes.
· Safely use PPE equipment.
· Manage route.
· Handle all types of wildlife (raccoons, squirrels, bats, groundhogs, and more) in all locations (attics, crawl spaces, under decks, etc.)
· Ability to work in all types of Missouri's weather extremes.
· Communicate with customer after each service.
Qualifications
· Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
· Ability to perform carpentry tasks as needed
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (ability to obtain a class E license)
MOLE TECHNICIAN
Base + Commission
Position requires managing a route to service properties on a weekly basis. Will need to be physically fit to walk, bend, and kneel to set and maintain mole traps on customer properties. Pay depends on your motivation!
Trapping experience helpful, but will train the right person

Kelly’s Wildlife and Pest Control provides on-the-job training to learn correct trapping procedures for moles. We go where wildlife goes and when customers need help! Your schedule will be Monday through Friday with seasonal overtime and weekend work as necessary. Your reliability and dedication to the work could help you earn an annual, performance-based bonus.
Qualifications
· Self-Starter – manage time and route to meet customer demands.
· Enjoy working outdoors in all types of Mid-Missouri weather
· Physically capable to bend over & kneel to set traps multiple times per day. Grip strength to set mole traps.
· Friendly, personable attitude
· Excellent customer service
· Maintain confidential knowledge of operations and client information
· Maintain accurate records of services performed
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (ability to obtain a class E Missouri Driver’s License)
· Must follow safety guidelines and all Missouri traffic laws including seatbelt, phone, and texting usage.
· High School diploma or equivalent
