Primary Purpose:
We are seeking a Lawn Tech who is experienced in all aspects of landscaping. We are searching for someone who can work independently and efficiently to serve our residential and commercial customers.

The right candidate will be able to:
- Work outdoors with varying temperatures and conditions
- Work a flexible schedule that varies from day to day (weather dictates schedule) (Monday-Friday & Saturdays)
- Move, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Start and operate small engines (some mechanical aptitude)
- Read labels, training materials and written guidelines.
- Use basic math skills
- Utilize cell phone, tablet, navigation, and pest control software (computer aptitude)
- Work independently and manage time
- Problem solve
Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must have experience using commercial mowers and other landscape equipment
- Must speak English
- Communicate with customers- review possible concerns; recognize & offer customized solutions to fit customer needs
- Communicate with management- issues, questions, concerns & start and end of day briefings
Be able to safely:
- Drive to and between customer properties in company vehicle
- Drive a truck and trailer
- Use all landscape equipment
- Diagnose and address possible areas of concern on customer properties
- Log each service daily
- Identify opportunities to sell services to neighbors (door hanging in service area)
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Billerica, Ma
- Valid MA driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with exposure to: Nature (insects, animals, etc. great if you love the outdoors!); Noise, dust, pollen, pesticides, oil, gas

- Fertilization and Weed Control
- Lawn Mowing
- Weed Pulling/Spraying
- Mulch Install
- Bed Edging
- Bush Trimming
- Core Aeration
- Over-Seeding
- Fall Cleanups
- Flower Planting
- Other Landscape related tasks
Training Required:
- 2 Weeks with the General Manager or crew foreman
Working Conditions:
- The job requires a high degree of “selling”, whether of ideas and policies within the organization, or products or services in the marketplace.
- Must be able to work after hours, over weekends with short notice.
- The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.
- Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license.
- Must be have proper papers to work in the US

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
