Savannah Tadin Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse who is passionate about natural results, exceptional patient care, and helping build a practice with a long-term vision.
We are a boutique, provider-owned aesthetic and regenerative medicine practice located in North Park, San Diego, with a beautiful reception space and private treatment rooms designed to deliver an elevated patient experience.
This is more than an injector position. We’re looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of building a brand that is redefining women’s health, confidence, and longevity.
As our practice grows, this role has the opportunity to evolve into a full-time position with benefits, leadership opportunities, and increased responsibility.

Qualifications
Required
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience treating patients with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong consultation and facial assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education
- Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor
Preferred
- Experience with aesthetic lasers
- PRP/PRFM
- RF Microneedling
- Interest in regenerative medicine and women’s wellness
- Social media/content creation is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations
- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers safely and confidently
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on natural results
- Educate patients on treatment options and expectations
- Maintain thorough medical documentation
- Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Help grow the practice through outstanding patient care and relationship building
Compensation & Growth
- $50-$65/hour depending on experience
