Duties
- Collect rents and manage delinquency.
- Posting notices
- Making deposits
- Evictions
- Walking property
- Overseeing turns
- Ordering
- Processing applications
- Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the property
Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month
