We're hiring for a temporary position 1st Scheduled: 6:30am to 6:00pm Saturday Nov 1st – Sunday Nov 2nd. 2nd Schedule: Nov 1st 6:00pm – 6:30am. Please be advised that the duration of this assignment is dependent on customer needs and may end earlier.
We’re looking for a dependable Temporary Technician Cleaner to support MPW Field Maintenance operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor support tasks. This role is critical in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments across various job sites.

What You’ll Do

Perform industrial cleaning and general labor tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers

Support production operations by ensuring equipment and work areas are clean, functional, and operating efficiently

Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to leadership promptly

Maintain clean, organized workspaces, including job sites and designated break areas

Complete daily shift summaries, logs, and required paperwork accurately and on time

Assist with inventory tracking and submission of process control documentation when requested
-
Follow all OSHA regulations and MPW safety policies while performing assigned tasks

Support onboarding and on-the-job training efforts for new employees or transferred team members as needed

Follow directions closely and adapt to changing job site requirements and priorities

Communicate job progress, challenges, and updates to supervisors in a timely manner

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain productivity in fast-paced settings

Strong verbal and basic written communication skills for reporting and documentation

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform continuous physical labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods

Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, and work in environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, and industrial noise

Willingness to travel to various job sites for extended periods (days or weeks) and work variable schedules, including overtime and extended shifts
