Solaire Medical Spa is a new medical spa in Costa Mesa backed by an experienced ownership team and the success of a thriving Woodland Hills location under a different name. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient experiences, natural-looking results, and building long-term relationships with every client who walks through our doors.
We’re looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a luxury, fast-paced environment. This is much more than answering phones—we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creates an exceptional first impression, and plays an important role in growing the business.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every patient with a warm, professional, luxury-level experience
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly
- Schedule consultations and treatment appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and financing paperwork
- Educate patients on memberships, treatment packages, and promotions
- Recommend skincare products and memberships when appropriate
- Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations/no-shows
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate with providers and management to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Assist with inventory organization and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, concierge, customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, or medical spa experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
- Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, financing, and treatment packages
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
