Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Ideal candidates will have a background in food service and a passion for hospitality.
Duties
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards and recipes.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Cleaning up dining area, kitchen, lobby, bathrooms, and pool area after breakfast is finished.
- Duties include but are not limited to: Mopping, vacuuming, washing dishes, storing of food, washing windows and doors, emptying trash bins, filling coffee station, helping to put away food deliveries, stocking breakfast buffet. Being able go lift 50lbs
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional guest relations.
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques Is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
