About the Opportunity
Ambulatory Medical Practices MSO, Inc. (AMP) is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations for a high-volume, multi-specialty outpatient practice affiliated with ColumbiaDoctors.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can drive performance, improve workflows, and lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow Management
- Direct day-to-day operations of a multi-provider outpatient practice
- Optimize patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and access to care
- Oversee facilities, inventory, and vendor management
Leadership & Staff Development
- Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
- Manage staffing models, scheduling, and productivity
- Drive employee engagement and accountability
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Oversee front-end and back-end revenue cycle operations
- Ensure accuracy in registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, and collections
Financial & Performance Management
- Track KPIs and implement data-driven process improvements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
- Ensure payroll accuracy and coordination with HR
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS guidelines
- Maintain audit readiness and regulatory adherence
- Promote patient and staff safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of medical practice management experience (outpatient required)
- Strong experience in revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EPIC EHR and practice management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cardiology or multi-specialty practices
- Experience managing multi-site or high-volume practices
- Familiarity with value-based care models and performance metrics
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $100,000
