We are currently hiring a full-time AT&T Team Member to join our growing residential sales team. As an AT&T Team Member, you will be responsible for connecting customers with AT&T services while delivering a high-quality, in-person customer experience. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T services as a professional AT&T Team Member
- Engage directly with customers to promote AT&T products and solutions as an AT&T Team Member
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while providing excellent service
- Build lasting relationships as an AT&T Team Member
- Meet and exceed performance goals as an AT&T Team Member
- Maintain brand standards and professionalism in every interaction as an AT&T Team Member
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for an AT&T Team Member
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment as an AT&T Team Member
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow as an AT&T Team Member
