Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented hotel housekeeper to join our team in West Hollywood. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall orderliness. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming environment for guests by performing a variety of housekeeping duties with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in cleaning, customer service, and hotel housekeeping expereince, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of those we serve.
Duties
- Guest Room Cleaning: Deep cleaning bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers), sanitizing surfaces, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floors.
- Linen & Bedding Management: Changing bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels daily or upon guest request.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenishing toiletries (soap, shampoo), towels, coffee/tea supplies, and cleaning supplies.
- Trash Removal: Emptying trash receptacles and removing dirty room service trays.
- Making Beds: Making beds to hotel standards, including arranging pillows and linens
- Reporting Maintenance Issues: Promptly notifying supervisors or maintenance teams of broken light bulbs, damaged furniture, or plumbing issues.
- Stocking Carts: Organizing and replenishing housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, fresh linens, and guest amenities.
- Safety & Security: Adhering to safety regulations, handling chemicals properly, and honoring "do not disturb" signs.
- Lost and Found: Documenting and turning in items left behind by guests
