Overview
The Global Quality & Service Advisor is responsible for driving service and quality excellence across the EMPS supply chain through effective quality processes, tools, and KPI management. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports customer satisfaction objectives, and promotes consistent quality practices across global value chains.
Responsibilities
- Communicate product quality incidents and events in accordance with established notification guidelines.
- Identify and develop improvement opportunities related to service and quality performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain service and quality processes and tools that support global supply chain operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Champion change initiatives and support effective communication and engagement across global teams.
- Support quality performance oversight and consistent stewardship of service and quality KPIs.
- Support the maintenance of the EMSC KPI dashboard, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Identify and promote best practices related to service and quality stewardship processes.
- Lead the Supply Chain Business Process Improvement (BPI) Council and drive key SC BPI initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead the Global Quality Community of Practice (CoP) to facilitate knowledge sharing, alignment, and implementation of quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), customer satisfaction KPIs, and quality performance management.
- Experience supporting or managing service and quality processes within a supply chain environment.
- Strong process management and continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, support KPI governance, and drive process improvements.
- Supply chain experience preferred.
