Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Logistics and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our logistics operations and order fulfillment lifecycle. You will ensure that products move seamlessly from our suppliers to our warehouses, and ultimately into the hands of our customers—on time, every time.

- Complete the Manufacturing Order Status Report to identify expedited requirements and actions required to achieve order fulfillment objectives.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to identify priorities in inbound materials from customer orders, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Respond to internal and external requests to expedite material, communicating across the Supply Chain Team the priorities and monitoring the procurement process through order fulfillment.
- Parcel Shipment & SLA Monitoring: Proactively track and monitor high-volume parcel shipments (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). Ensure carriers adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify transit delays, and manage the delivery exception process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- International Import Tracking: End-to-end tracking of international inbound shipments across ocean and air freight. Maintain real-time visibility from factory departure through port arrival and final inland delivery.
- Customs & Compliance Management: Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of imports. Prepare, review, and manage critical international trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and ISF filings, ensuring strict adherence to import regulations and Incoterms.
- Logistics & Freight Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments. Manage relationships and hold regular performance reviews with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers. Reconcile physical inventory with system data to minimize discrepancies.
- Performance Metrics (KPIs): Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rates, parcel carrier transit times, customs clearance cycle times, and total landed costs.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate current logistics processes and recommend cost-effective, scalable improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improved network design in transportation.
- Support the Operations & Shipping Teams as needed.
- Act as a good steward of the Company’s resources (human, financial, equipment, knowledge) and exemplify the values of the Company.
- Support the negotiation with carriers and service providers.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or order fulfillment roles, with a proven track record in global imports and parcel network management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain field or equivalent experience.
- Technical Proficiency: * Advanced hands-on experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience using multi-carrier shipping software or parcel visibility platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of international shipping processes, customs clearance, HSN classification, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, DDP, EXW), and parcel contract service levels.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a knack for cross-functional collaboration, and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- APICS or equivalent certification.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position in the facility, hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
