Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional client service by understanding their preferences and recommending suitable fragrances and home products.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and makeup applications to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our fragrance and home lines to confidently answer questions and suggest complementary items.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs, promoting new arrivals, and increasing sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Keep the store organized by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability at all times.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience with fragrance sales in a department store is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers about products confidently.
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations, sales data analysis, and cash handling accuracy.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail store product knowledge is essential for smooth transactions.
- A proactive attitude toward upselling, achieving sales targets, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
