Contract-to-Hire
What You’ll Do
-
Mechanical & electrical assembly of HVAC units
-
Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic equipment
-
Read work orders, drawings, and schematics
-
Cut, strip, and solder wiring
-
Perform quality checks & follow production standards
Requirements
-
GED or Diploma
-
1+ year of assembly or production experience
-
Comfortable reading basic prints/work instruction
-
Departments (cross-training required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.16/hr.
