Location: San Antonio, Texas | Shifts: As-Needed, Minimum 4 Hours

About the Role:
Clover Phoenix Security and Consulting LLC is seeking experienced Level 4 Personal Protection Officers (PPOs) for as-needed assignments in San Antonio, Texas. These assignments involve discreet protection services, including airport transfers and day shadowing of clients. Officers must be well-groomed, professional, and able to operate in formal attire (suit) while providing executive-level security in public and private settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform airport pick-up/drop-off escorts with secure and professional demeanor
- Shadow clients during daily activities while maintaining a low profile
- Remain vigilant and responsive to any security concerns
- Conduct threat assessments and adjust protocols as needed
- Coordinate with client handlers, drivers, and support staff
- Maintain strict confidentiality and clear communication at all times
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Level 4 PPO License (Required)
- Texas Level 3 Commissioned License (Required)
- Prior experience in executive protection, VIP detail, or high-profile security
- Strong references and clean background check
- Excellent grooming and presentation; must be comfortable in a suit
- Physically and mentally fit for dynamic assignments
- Former military, law enforcement, or tactical background strongly preferred
- CPR/First Aid/TCCC training preferred
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and situational awareness
