Our ideal candidate would be a tech-savvy individual who has strong communication skills and wants to provide the highest quality customer experience to our clients. This mid-level technical professional is responsible for independently executing standard client deployments, supporting migrations, and assisting with technical design and implementation activities. Technical scoping/design of mid-tier projects.
Due to contractual obligations concerning CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) compliance and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, all applicants must be United States Citizens.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform deployments of servers, firewalls, switches, and wireless systems according to defined standards.
· Execute cloud deployments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management.
· Conduct data migrations (email, file shares, user profiles) and perform cutovers with minimal supervision.
· Configure security solutions such as endpoint protection, backup systems, and MFA policies.
· Validate deployments against checklists, test configurations, and document implementation results.
· Collaborate with senior engineers on more complex deployments or infrastructure builds.
· Provide Tier II support for post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, networking, or deployments.
· Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
· Understanding of network fundamentals (VLANs, VPNs, routing, DNS, DHCP).
· Experience using PSA and RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, N-central, Datto).
· Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, time entry and documentation skills.

· Consistent adherence to technical standards and documentation practices.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
