Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) issues efficiently and accurately
- Repair or replace faulty components using schematics and technical manuals to restore equipment functionality
- Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks with attention to detail and safety standards
- Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain commercial kitchen equipment such as broilers, fryers, microwaves, exhaust hoods, ovens, toasters, small coolers and freezers, and product warming units.

Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or general equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently
- Service technician experience in maintaining complex machinery or building systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration technology is essential
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues swiftly using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus for handling facility upgrades or renovations.
- Excellent communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate with team members
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass drug screening and background check
