Pay $29.35-$33.21 per hour (depending on related experience)
Pathways, Inc. is looking for compassionate people to fill the Case Coordinator position at our mental health program, Conable Community Residence for Children and Youth, located in Bath, NY.
Nature of Work:
This position is responsible for clinical oversight of the assigned community residence program and for the coordination of all mental health and non-mental health services that each youth participating in the community residence program will need.
Minimum Qualifications:

The incumbent of this position will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field and at least two years’ experience working with children and/or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. A Master’s degree is preferred. S/he must meet the qualifications for a Qualified Mental Health Staff as stated in Part 593 of the OMH regulations.
