The Opportunity:
We are looking for a member to join our team at KZ Kitchen. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This role may also include additional responsibilities such as inside sales assistance and customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in a long-term role and an opportunity for growth.
Job Requirements:
- Previous cashier experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of various payment methods, including cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Proficient with computers and basic PC skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and perform end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Keep the cashier station and work area organized and presentable.
- Assist with other store-related tasks as assigned by management.
