The eLearning Specialist is responsible for the coordination, planning, and overall facilitation of the LMS Platform.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assign online training courses to groups and individuals

Manage individual learning paths

Enroll and Delete users within the LMS platform

Work with all departments to create and administer courses tailored to departmental needs

Create and distribute PDF/Interactive Training Content

Assist Training Manager with capturing and documenting knowledge from Legacy companies
-
Assist with Data Base and content management for Technician Support Portal and Training Matrix
-
Additional projects and assignments as directed by Training Manager or Director
Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience utilizing any eLearning platform
-
Excellent attention to detail, being thorough in completing tasks, ability to detect problems and report information accordingly

Good written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience, including reading comprehension to read and interpret documents

Computer proficiency with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
-
Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable to fulfil obligations
-
Must be willing and able to practice adaptability, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:

Must have good hand/eye coordination

Vision correctable to 20/20

This is a hybrid role and requires someone near OKC/Edmond, OK or Alpharetta, GA
