Lindquist Machine Co., LLC is a growing custom machine builder working in diverse markets, and we specialize in bringing innovations alive for our customers. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure that our projects run smoothly from start to finish by assisting with the planning and execution of our projects. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about what they do, has a perfection mindset, and thrives in fast paced environments.
Responsibilities
•Review project specifications and effectively communicate requirements internally throughout the organization
•Review, monitor and submit project documentation to customer for approvals
•Assist in creation of manufacturing quote structures & component pricing
•Assist in creation of manufacturing routings & project schedules
•Assist Kick-off and Project meetings with the internal teams to maintain manufacturing schedules and communicate project expectations
•Monitor the project timeline, scope and estimated costs
•Collect, review and approve incoming material specifications & test reports
•Create & submit final documentation package for approval upon project completion
•Assist with job closing process, including P&L analysis & leading project Post Mortems when required
Requirements
The successful candidate will present the following knowledge, skills and abilities (or have a proven track record with the ability and desire to learn quickly):
•Experience coordinating multiple tasks and/or projects at one time
•Experience reviewing and adhering to customer requirements / government contracts is a plus
•Strong organizational skills & detail orientated
•Skilled using ERP, Microsoft Excel and other computer software
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Goal oriented & Self-Motivated
•Successful in identifying and implementing improvements process
