Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Material Handler/ Construction Worker to join our growing team. This position involves loading, unloading, moving, and organizing construction materials while assisting with a variety of construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, physically capable, and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Organize and maintain materials on job sites and in warehouses.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction, remodeling, and installation projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with demolition, framing, siding, roofing, fencing, or general labor as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or material handling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift or equipment experience is a plus but not required.
