Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with their tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning work areas and organizing materials.
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures as directed.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
