Kiddie Academy provides a unique work environment that focuses on caring for team members so that they in-turn are better equipped to care for the students. This posting is for two positions, one open currently and one that will open in the fall. Both positions can be filled with candidates who are looking for a co-lead or lead-assistant style classroom.
Our ideal candidates have a passion for working with young children, enjoys thinking of new ways to have fun, and can be creative in their approach to teaching. A great candidate for this team is someone who understands that consistency for kids is just as important as the ability to be flexible and adapt. They grasp that children need connected to the adults around them and also need nurturing environment to grow and learn.
Our Kindergarten Prep classroom supports students ages 4 & 5 in their last year with us before they head off to Kindergarten. While this program will focus on the academic fundamentals of colors, letters, numbers, and other school basics... our primary goal is to focus on students social & emotional well being. Ensuring that they are set up for success and very well rounded before heading off to public school.
