We're a boutique, family-owned hospice with deep roots in the Colorado community, and we're growing. We're looking for compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our team serving Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Centennial, Aurora, and South Denver.

What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care within an individualized hospice plan of care
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and environmental needs and adjust care accordingly
- Include patients and families as true partners in the care planning process
- Coordinate seamlessly across the care team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide exceptional, compassionate service to patients, families, and referral sources
- Support fellow team members — because great hospice care is a team effort
What You'll Need
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable, insured transportation
- Prior hospice experience preferred — or at least 1 year of recent med/surg experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- A genuine calling for end-of-life care and supporting families through life's hardest moments
