Exceptional Dental Arts is a growing Dental Laboratory in Tempe, Arizona, seeking a Customer Service/Case Entry Representative to add to our front office team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Dental Assistant or in a Dental Laboratory and familiar with both dentures and crown and bridge terminology.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls.
- Track lab cases and due dates.
- Case Entry
- Dispatch drivers for delivery/pick-up of cases.
- Invoicing and packing.
- Scheduling appointments.
