About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Last Mile Delivery & Install Technician/Helper/Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of white-glove, in-home delivery and installation experience with a major last-mile carrier (e.g., RXO, XPO, CEVA, JB Hunt Final Mile, etc.).
This position involves delivering large consumer products—such as appliances, furniture, fitness equipment, and electronics—while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, safety-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles (cargo van, box truck, or sprinter depending on assignment).
- Perform white-glove, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, installation, haul-away, and debris removal.
- Complete two-person delivery operations, working closely with another technician or helper.
- Load and unload products with proper equipment (dollies, straps, liftgate use).
- Follow route plans, delivery schedules, and customer appointment windows.
- Communicate professionally with customers—confirm arrival, walk-through, installation steps, and completion.
- Perform product inspections, troubleshoot minor installation issues, and ensure proper functioning before leaving.
- Complete delivery documentation, photos, customer signatures, and job notes through mobile apps (e.g., DispatchTrack, Fleetmind, Carrier portals).
- Follow all safety guidelines, DOT rules, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of full-time Last Mile / White Glove delivery experience with a major carrier (RXO, XPO, CEVA, JB Hunt, etc.).
- Experience performing in-home delivery, assembly, or installation of appliances, furniture, or commercial/residential equipment.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in last 3 years).
- Clean background check required.
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs with a partner safely and consistently.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends or extended hours based on delivery volume.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous helper/tech experience in final-mile delivery teams.
- Experience with appliance hookup (washer/dryer, refrigerator, gas/electric, water lines).
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain).
- Experience operating a 26ft box truck with liftgate is a plus.
- Familiarity with routing/delivery apps.
