Spa Naturelle is a heart-centered day spa devoted to delivering intentional spa services for deep rest and renewal. Our space offers massage, facials, waxing, nail treatments and more in a nurturing and uplifting environment where our guests can relax, restore, and reconnect to their inner well-being. We would like to welcome a compassionate, intuitive, and experienced Massage Therapist who aligns with our values of authenticity, community, and guest-focused care.
Qualifications:
- Active Massage Therapist License valid in the state of Michigan and current professional liability insurance.
- Strong foundation in a variety of massage modalities including Swedish/Relaxation, Therapeutic/Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Warm Stone.
- Advanced certifications in specialized modalities (reflexology, cupping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, body treatments, or other integrative techniques).
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance as a reflection of respect and presence for our guests and team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term guest relationships.
- Professional, calming appearance and willingness to contribute to a positive and uplifting space for our guests and team.
- Guest and community focused with commitment to creating meaningful connections that encourage loyalty, referrals, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy modified for individual guest needs and preferences while holding compassionate, grounded space during each session.
- Preserve precise and thorough intake forms, liability wavers, pre/post consultations, and session notes while protecting guest confidentiality.
- Create a calming ambiance that reflects our spa’s elevated standards and energetic integrity.
- Maintain impeccable treatment room presentation, cleanliness, and attention to sensory details (lighting, aroma, sounds).
- Educate guests on self-care practices and recommend additional spa services, enhancements, and retail that align with their wellness journey.
- Respect and collaborate with fellow spa coordinators and practitioners to support a cohesive, polished wellness experience.
- Assist with spa coordination, housekeeping, scheduling appointments, and cashing out guests.
- Participate in events, benefits, and collaborations with local businesses for marketing and community support.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, safety, and morality.
