We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Therapy Assistant to join our growing practice. If you enjoy helping people feel their best, thrive in a fast pace environment and have experience with therapeutic or muscle work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients through chiropractic therapies and treatment protocols.
- Perform therapeutic muscle work, soft tissue therapy, stretching, and other prescribed therapies (experience preferred).
- Provide exceptional patient care with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home care instructions.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinic.
- Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and daily clinical operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and help ensure an efficient daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience in massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic assisting, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or other hands on therapeutic work is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning new procedures and following treatment protocols.
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software are a plus.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to better serve our patients.
