We are currently hiring bilingual team members to represent AT&T products and services. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. No telecommunications experience is required. As an AT&T Wireless Associate , you will oversee customer accounts, assist with service-related questions, provide account support, and help ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout their time with AT&T services. This role focuses heavily on communication, organization, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Wireless Associate :
- Help oversee customer accounts and provide ongoing support related to AT&T Wireless services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, account updates, and service-related concerns.
- Assist customers with account setup, service adjustments, and general troubleshooting needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account notes, and follow-up communication using internal systems.
- Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience by guiding customers through account processes and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with team members and leadership to maintain high customer support standards and efficient account management practices.
- Monitor customer account activity and provide timely follow-up to support long-term customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Wireless Associate :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently.
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort working with technology, account management systems, and customer records.
- Previous customer service, account support, or administrative experience is helpful, but not required.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Pay: $48,294.76 - $58,161.43 per year
